Job description

We are looking for a Lead Technical Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to join our growing team and take ownership of integration architecture, development standards, and technical leadership on complex Oracle Cloud projects.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and securing enterprise-grade integrations, mainly around Oracle HCM Cloud, while mentoring consultants and acting as a technical reference for clients., Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • Design and implement robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Develop and maintain:
  • App-Driven Integrations
  • Scheduled Integrations
  • REST / SOAP integrations
  • Manage connections, lookups, packages, tracking fields, and error handling
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices
  • Define and enforce integration standards and patterns

BI Publisher & SQL

  • Design and optimize BI Publisher data templates
  • Write complex Oracle SQL queries (joins, subqueries, performance tuning)
  • Support integrations relying on BI Publisher reports as data sources
  • Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and extraction issues

Oracle HCM (Strong Plus)

  • Integrations with Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.)
  • Knowledge of HDL / HSDL and REST APIs
  • Understanding of Oracle HCM security and data structures
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM tables and views

Technical Leadership

  • Act as technical lead on projects
  • Support solution design workshops
  • Review deliverables (integrations, SQL, BI Publisher, code)
  • Mentor junior consultants and developers
  • Contribute to architecture decisions and innovation initiatives

Requirements

Do you have experience in Security?, Mandatory

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Solid experience with Oracle SQL
  • Proven experience with Oracle BI Publisher
  • Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs
  • Ability to debug complex integration issues end-to-end
  • Fluent English (professional working proficiency)

Nice to Have

  • Oracle HCM Cloud functional or technical experience
  • OCI fundamentals (security, compartments, policies)
  • Experience with OAuth, certificates, and SFTP
  • Consulting or system integrator background
  • Exposure to Redwood, VBS, or Oracle SaaS extensions
  • French language proficiency

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle integration or Oracle Cloud technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Autonomous, structured, and delivery-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with technical and functional stakeholders
  • Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
