Job description
- Program Orchestration: Drive the end-to-end plan, managing dependencies, risks, and issues across a variety of stakeholders.
- Delivery Management: Establish and maintain a clear delivery structure, focusing on the When and Who to ensure realistic delivery plans, and up-to-date status reporting linked directly to the work items.
- Change Management: Coordinate ServiceNow delivery with organizational change communications to ensure successful adoption of new data models, integrations and asset controls.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the bridge between technical teams (SREs, Devs, EMs) and business process owners, ensuring cross-organization priority alignment.
- Governance: Operationalize the program by setting up appropriate governance guardrails and documentation, ensuring a clear audit trail for assets.
Requirements
Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least + years in Technical Program Management.
- Technical Fluency: Experience managing programs involving system integrations. Should be comfortable discussing systems and services with engineers.
- Delivery Excellence: Demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and deliver outcome-focused cross-cutting technical programs using Agile/Lean methodologies.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders without authority and providing transparency on program status.
- Tooling Proficiency: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking work items, and reporting.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles (e.g., SLIs/SLOs, system boundaries, etc). You must be able to help translate some these engineering concepts into structured requirements for the ServiceNow team.
- Experience with large scale SaaS platform implementations (e.g, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, etc)
- Knowledge of ITDR (IT Disaster Recovery)
- Experience with programs to meet DORA regulatory requirements.
