Job Title: Data Systems Administrator (Project Support)
Location: Coalville - Office based
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: 23rd February
Duration: Initial 4-week contract (with potential for extension)
The Role
We are looking for detail-oriented Administrators to join our client's team for a critical project phase. You will play a key role in ensuring technical and commercial systems are populated with accurate information to support housing development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- System Setup: Support Technical Data Administrators in inputting house type and housing development information into company systems.
- Data Transcription: Accurately move mandatory data from Excel spreadsheets into our official systems of record.
- Quality Control: Perform peer reviews on data entered by colleagues to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Reporting: Keep records of your work and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Team Support: Assist Group Surveying Managers and the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.

- Basic IT Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and navigating digital systems.
