AI/ML Engineer

We're working with a well-funded, early-stage tech company operating at the intersection of behavioural science and applied AI. They're building intelligent, real-world AI products and are now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong LLM experience to join their growing team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have real ownership, influence technical direction, and work closely with product and engineering teams.

Strong experience with LLMs (this is a must) * Solid Python engineering background * Hands-on experience with GCP (Vertex AI) * Experience building real-world ML / GenAI systems (not just experimentation) * Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setup

Nice to have

Experience with RAG frameworks, vector databases, or orchestration tools * Startup or early-stage environment experience

Salary up to 100,000, depending on experience * High-impact role with plenty of autonomy * No visa sponsorship available
