We're supporting a major UK organisation as they deliver a key digital transformation initiative: the rollout of a new B2C system/application that will modernise customer experience and streamline internal processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager who has delivered digital or system-related projects and is ready to step into a larger, more complex environment. You'll be supported by senior change leaders while taking ownership of defined workstreams within a high-profile programme.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Managing key workstreams within the implementation of a new B2C system/application
- Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of project activities
- Working closely with Digital, Technology, Operations and Customer teams
- Tracking progress, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed
- Supporting system integration activities across retail platforms (e-commerce, CRM, POS, fulfilment etc.)
- Helping redesign processes to support improved customer journeys
- Managing third-party suppliers for your workstream
- Preparing clear project documentation, reports and updates for stakeholders

Requirements
- A Project Manager with experience delivering digital, technology or customer-facing projects
- Able to bring structure, clarity and organisation to your workstreams
- Confident communicating with stakeholders at different levels
- Curious, proactive and keen to develop your skills in a larger transformation setting
- Familiar with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
Ideal Experience Includes
- Delivering or supporting digital product, CRM, e-commerce, app or system rollouts
- Working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Ops, Marketing, Customer Service)
- Exposure to system integration, data flows or customer journey mapping
- Managing suppliers or external partners
- Creating project plans, RAID logs, reports and documentation
