Senior Java Engineer - Application Observability - Full Time/Part Time

• You will work on services that process trace data from millions of OneAgent's and from OpenTelemetry.
• Prototype, design, and implement new features in Java.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• You will be a part of the whole implementation process, starting with talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding, and release preparation.
• Mentor and support colleagues, fostering an approachable and supportive environment.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the team's service.
• Join an international team and boost our productivity by enhancing delivery, collaboration, and communication.

• 5+ years of experience in Java development, including architectural design.
• Technical studies related to software engineering (or similar).
• Experience with test-driven development, clean code, and design patterns.
• Enjoying passing on knowledge and experience to fellow team members.
• Experience with Tracing and/or OpenTelemetry is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Excited to learn new technologies.

2. Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 65,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
