Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and governance of the entire Identity & Access Management function, working closely with international business units and external implementation partners.
- Development and maintenance of the IAM strategy and governance framework, including policies and SOPs
- Design of authorisation concepts and management of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle in close coordination with HR
- Coordination of new application integration into IG&A solutions and ensuring standardised access models
- Ensuring audit readiness and regular reporting to stakeholders at senior management level
Requirements
Do you have experience in Identity & access management?, You bring solid experience in the IAM environment and particularly impress with your strong communication skills when engaging with diverse international stakeholders from IT and business.
- Minimum of three years' professional experience in Identity & Access Management, ideally within a regulated corporate environment
- Fluent English is mandatory - this is the daily working and communication language throughout the entire organisation
- Understanding of compliance requirements and standards such as ISO 27001, combined with an affinity for governance topics
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID Governance and/or Beyond Trust is advantageous; willingness to travel 10-15%
