Job description
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
- Implement ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Service Portal widgets, and workflows.
- Configure and manage CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and other ITSM modules.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Familiarity with Service Portal development and UI customization.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
