Descripción del trabajo IT Support Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT assets, supporting end users, and ensuring the stability and security of our network and server infrastructure. Responsabilidades Manage inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, and network devices. Oversee renewal and upgrade of hardware and servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide end-user support by setting up equipment for new hires (PC, monitor, peripherals). Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents, including installation and configuration of business applications. Administer and maintain the network infrastructure, including firewalls, VLANs, and access points (APs). Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, and infrastructure management. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls), and both Windows and Linux operating systems. 3+ years of hands-on experience with IT asset management and end-user support tools. Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment.
