Job description
You'll work closely with developers and domain teams practicing DevOps (Federated DevOps), supporting them in their day-to-day needs:

Provide first line triage, routing and support for technical requests from developers and domain teams practicing DevOps.

Collaborate on improving alerts, dashboards, and runbooks to strengthen governance and reliability.

Help manage access requests and contribute to developer experience initiatives that reduce "ticket ops".
Cross functional collaboration and Change Management

Partner with security, SRE, data, and domain teams to apply standards and operational processes.

Coordinate changes, migrations, and deprecations with clear comms and change management.

Review and process internal change requests (IDRs - Intervention Decision Request) to ensure smooth coordination across teams.
Incident Management

Help teams following incident best practices.

Monitor incident data and help create useful reports and insights that drive preventative actions.

Join calls focused on identifying root causes and preventing future issues.

Contribute to automation that speeds incident response and reduces mean time to resolution (MTTR).On-call Support

Gradually participate in our 24/7 on call rotation with a clear progression (observe * shadow * supervised * independent), with training and guidance at each step.Security, compliance, and governance

Help engineers implement company standards and guardrails (e.g., role based access control and policy as code) with proper auditability.

Support secure handling of secrets and access following the company security principles.
Compliance & Audits

Provide first-level support for internal and external audits.

Help ensure our practices are compliant with company and industry guidelines.
Requirements
No prior professional experience in DevOps required; we value curiosity, problem solving, and a growth mindset.

Strong interest in cloud technologies, automation, and modern infrastructure.

Basic familiarity with IT or software development (through studies, internships, or self learning).

Good command of written and spoken English; you'll work in a multicultural team.

Collaborative, hands on approach and willingness to learn.
Nice to have (bonus):
-Basics in Git and CI/CD concepts; comfort with the command line and Linux.

Intro scripting (e.g., Bash or Python) and YAML; awareness of infrastructure as code.

Understanding of observability fundamentals (metrics, logs, traces) and incident response basics.

Interest in standards/compliance (secure access, audit trails, readiness checklists).
