The role blends people leadership with hands-on system ownership. You'll be the go-to owner of the Workday Financials roadmap, shaping strategy while staying close enough to the platform to influence real outcomes. You'll lead an established team of Workday Financials specialists supporting core Financials, Procurement, Expenses and PRISM, across a sizeable multi-country European user base.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners, balancing day-to-day optimisation with longer-term platform evolution, enhancements and project delivery.
Requirements
A senior Workday Financials specialist with proven experience (or clear readiness) to lead and develop a dedicated team of Workday Financials professionals
Comfortable operating across leadership, hands-on configuration, project delivery and strategic roadmap ownership
Broad, end-to-end knowledge of the Workday Financials suite, gained in an in-house environment or through senior consulting roles
Confident working remotely, with flexibility to travel occasionally to European business locations
