Tribe Scrum Master

Operating from the Orchestration squad, you are responsible to support the Tribe in increasing delivery efficiency and Agile maturity,

• Prepare and facilitate Agile Tribe events (e.g., Quarterly planning, Inspect and Adapt, Scrums of Scrums, Leadership offsites)
• Support the Tribe Product Owner (TPO) with the Demand management process
• Manage dependencies between delivery teams intra and inter tribes
• Lead problem-solving and act as a Tribe servant leader
• Drive Continuous Improvement at team, leadership, and organization levels
• Share and promote Agile best practices
• Assist management in structural and cultural changes to become more agile
• Coach at leadership level
• Work autonomously in complex situations
• Share knowledge and support less experienced Scrum Masters
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Tribe input required for steering committees

To be successful, you will:

• Secure strong enablement, stakeholder, risk, and impediment management with the TPO
• Facilitate and organize structural conversations internally and transversally to IT/Business
• Focus on continuous improvement/maturity and strategic solutions from an Agile and Project delivery perspective
• Coordinate escalated risk, impediments, and change control processes, and assist in building action plans
• Ensure Tribe key roles manage initiatives according to Euroclear's Agile or Hybrid standards
• Coordinate and prepare Monthly Steering committees with Tribe Leadership

• Extensive Agile experience as a Scrum Master, Project Leader, or Program Manager; Tribe Scrum Master experience is a plus
• Strong leadership with situational adaptability and team empowerment
• Good understanding of technical roles
• Prior experience in financial services would be considered a major advantage
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Quick learner in complex environments, able to synthesize situations
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
• Assertive in driving tasks to completion
• Strong risk management skills
• Fluent in English
