Job description
DigiTribe is looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in an Agile environment and plays a key role in delivering value to our clients. As a Scrum Master, you contribute to the success of strategic initiatives by enabling high-performing teams. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement, while working closely with our experts and clients to ensure smooth delivery of reliable, high-impact solutions., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Support the team in applying Agile principles and best practices
- Identify and help remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Encourage continuous improvement within the team
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner on backlog clarity and prioritization
- Track team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
- Ensure clear communication between team members and stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and self-organizing team environment
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar)
- Ability to work with Agile metrics to support team delivery
- Experience in a digital, IT, or software delivery environment
- Basic understanding of DevOps or modern development practices is a plus
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
- Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent by experience

- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
- Ability to guide teams
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Adaptability in different client environments
