UI/UX Designer

We're looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with strong visual abilities - someone who combines product thinking with refined aesthetics. A curious, independent, and responsible designer who can think, plan, and design complex interfaces while delivering clean, modern, visually striking solutions. In this role, you will:

Design end-to-end product experiences (from wireframes to polished UI). Create clean, modern, visually strong interface layouts (site, apps, landing, presentation). Develop components and screens following system logic, patterns, usability principles. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and visual designers. Craft UI that is both functional and aesthetically refined. Prepare design specifications and support implementation. Maintain and improve the product design system (visual, interaction, components). Generate visual ideas for improving the product's identity and motion language.

3+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer. Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping). Solid understanding of UX principles, flows, and interface logic. Strong sense of visual style: typography, grids, spacing, color, hierarchy. Ability to design visually rich, modern, clean UI. Experience designing complex, multi-level interfaces. Ability to work independently and propose solutions proactively. Bonus: knowledge of motion principles, 3D/UI animations, or brand visual systems.
