Be a key driver in transforming data into strategic value!, The purpose is to develop Data Products across Entities and to support operationally the design & delivery of Global Data Products (Data Products at a Group level). Main missions Your responsibilities include:

Design & Delivery

  • Support operationally the design & delivery of Global Data Products, from a data architecture and data point of view, in collaboration with the data architects in the Team, and the Technology Office. A strong focus will be around Customer master data (Customer 360) in the first priorities. Other domains are (not exhaustive): Claims & Underwriting for P&C and Health, Finance.

  • Educate and support various stakeholders from Group & Entities in the Data Product Lifecycle & Deployment;

Standards & frameworks

  • Define, develop (in collaboration with data architects & information manager experts) and promote Data Product best practices in a Data Mesh approach, frameworks and standards, leveraging market and AXA standards in data architecture, information management, following AXA legal, information security and privacy policies. A first set of foundational deliverables have been delivered in 2024-2025: viewpoint, metadata model, governance, architecture, data platform blueprint, operating model, Data Product maturity score, data contracts, data catalog/marketplace design.

  • Ensure global consistency of the frameworks & standards;

  • Collaborate with the Data & AI Adoption team to provide stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to work on Data Products, animate dedicated trainings;

  • Animate events to promote Data Product initiatives across the Group.

Design Authority

  • Act as a Data Product certification Design Authority with Data Architects & Information Managers experts, working closely with Technology Office, within the Global Data Usages Governance

Requirements

Do you have a Master's degree?, Must have

  • At least 10 years of proven experience in data transformation in various large organizations as a senior data architect or information manager, developing industrialized Data Products;

  • Concrete hands-on experience in the design & implementation of data & analytics use cases and related Data Products;

  • Strong proven data architecture & modelling skills;

  • Good knowledge of Data Product and Data Mesh concepts, including metadata management;

  • Good knowledge of IT components enabling Data Products, including data platforms, data exchanges (incl. APIs), data catalog, data marketplace, AI lifecycle/engineering;

  • Good knowledge of data regulations (privacy, security, etc.);

Nice to have

  • Good knowledge of Databricks technologies;

  • Experience or good knowledge of the insurance value chain;

  • Experience in Customer Data Products, Customer 360 projects;

Experience & Expertise

  • Good communicator, able to adapt the speech and embark various stakeholders from Business, Data and IT, at different levels (CDOs, CTOs, business leaders, project managers/product owners, architects, head of data management, data stewards, data scientists, etc.) and with different level of knowledge about Data Mesh / Data Product;

  • Ability and eager to understand strategy and business usages;

  • Organizational and structuration skills, and rigor in execution;

  • Intellectual curiosity, proactive, autonomous and able to work in a complex organization, with a taste for innovation with an ability to step back and evaluate real opportunity for AXA;

  • Team player in a multi-cultural work environment, able to see the big picture as well as deep dive into details when necessary;

  • Sense of priorities;

  • English - Fluent in speaking and writing on a day-to-day basis
