Job description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a BI Analyst to join a growing Business Intelligence team. This is a remote role, with occasional national travel required for meetings, events, and in-office collaboration days., As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining critical reporting suites that support business growth, efficiency, and informed decision-making. This role involves both planned and ad hoc reporting across multiple software platforms, primarily using SQL Server, Power BI, PowerApps, and cloud-based data sources.
You will play a key role in performance reporting, developing dashboards and data models covering operational, people, financial, and transactional data, while working closely with stakeholders across the business., * Produce high-quality daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SQL, Power BI, and PowerApps
- Develop reporting to measure commercial performance, operational success, and service quality
- Support Operational Managers and Heads of Department with clear, concise analysis and insights
- Deliver analytical solutions to support business decisions and continuous improvement projects
- Perform trend analysis and forecasting relating to demand, capacity, systems, and compliance
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, validation, and cleansing across all key data sources
- Own and maintain data quality practices, workflows, and reporting standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, test solutions, and deliver on time
- Maintain strong relationships with internal users and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Compliance, etc.)
- Ensure all reports and analytics remain accurate, relevant, and up to date
- Deliver responsibilities in a cost-effective and efficient manner
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong experience with SQL Server, Power BI, and PowerApps
- Proven background in BI reporting, dashboards, and data modelling
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working with operational, financial, and people data sets
