A fast-growing technology business that's expanding across Europe and the USA. Client relationships sit at the heart of what they do, and they're now hiring an Implementation Manager to own the onboarding journey for new customers.
This is a highly visible, relationship-led role where you'll manage projects end to end - from first engagement through to go-live - ensuring customers are set up for long-term success.

The Role As Implementation Manager, you'll take ownership of new customer onboarding projects, coordinating internal teams and guiding clients through a smooth transition onto the platform.
You'll act as a trusted partner to customers, balancing expectations, timelines, and solutions, before handing accounts over seamlessly to operations and account management.
This role blends project management, client engagement, and commercial awareness - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning end-to-end onboarding projects for new customers
- Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Coordinating cross-functional internal teams to meet onboarding milestones
- Advising clients on best practices to maximise platform value
- Managing expectations while ensuring SLAs and processes are met
- Supporting inbound leads by explaining long-term value and solutions
- Ensuring smooth handovers to Customer Operations and Account Management
- Working with data and CRM systems (HubSpot) to manage workload
Requirements

Experience in customer onboarding, project coordination, logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS environments is beneficial but not essential.
