Job description

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of marketing technology for a global organisation? We're looking for a Marketing Technology Manager to join a high-performing international team and drive innovation across CRM and data-driven marketing.

This is a pivotal role within the global Marketing & Business Development operations team, where you'll manage and optimise the firm's Salesforce CRM platform, champion best practices, and lead initiatives that enhance client engagement and business development. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic improvements, ensure data integrity, and embed cutting-edge tools such as AI and automation to streamline processes and unlock insights.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the CRM subject matter expert, guiding global teams on best practice and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate on CRM strategy and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a data quality team, implementing robust governance and compliance processes.
  • Drive platform optimisation, leveraging AI and automation to improve workflows and performance.
  • Promote CRM adoption and engagement, delivering training and resources to global users.
  • Continuously improve systems, data, and processes to support marketing excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) in a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how CRM drives growth and client engagement.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead change initiatives.
  • Highly IT literate, with advanced data management and analytics skills (Power BI or similar).
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is highly desirable.
