Join our product-driven delivery team to help build a modern .NET/Angular case management platform for a global network of independent insurers, streamlining case management across 80 countries by centralizing workflows, enhancing collaboration, and providing auditable tracking from intake to resolution. As a FullStack Developer working alongside with a Senior .NET Developer in a collaborative, agile environment, you'll contribute to new features, ongoing support, and actively participate in code reviews, backlog planning/refinement, and continuous improvement.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning deliverables, working close to the business, and growing their craft in a supportive, high-standards engineering culture., * Develop and maintain backend services (REST APIs, business logic, data access) using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Build user-friendly, responsive Angular interfaces with clean UI patterns and reusable components.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code aligned with team standards and best practices.
Collaborate as part of the team
- Participate actively in code reviews (giving and receiving constructive feedback).
- Contribute to backlog refinement, planning, estimation, and sprint ceremonies.
- Share knowledge, tools, and approaches that strengthen the team's overall delivery capability.
Support and continuous improvement
- Provide application support (diagnosis, bug fixing, root cause analysis) and help maintain stable environments.
- Escalate blockers early, communicate progress clearly, and manage priorities effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering practices (CI/CD, testing strategy, performance, maintainability, developer experience).

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 3-4 years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or strongly backend/front-end role.
- A strong sense of ownership: you take accountability for deliverables and work proactively to complete them on time.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while knowing when to ask structured questions to clarify complex situations.
Backend (.NET)
- Solid knowledge of C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core Web APIs, dependency injection, async/await).
- Experience with ORM/data access (e.g., Entity Framework) and relational databases (SQL).
- Understanding API design practices (versioning, error handling, security considerations, performance).
Frontend (Angular)
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with common Angular patterns (components, services, routing, reactive
Engineering practices
- Comfortable with Git-based workflows and collaborative branching strategies.
- Experience writing tests (unit/integration) and applying quality practices.
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban), including planning and backlog refinement.
Languages and Communication
Strong communication and presentation skills in French and/or Dutch + English
Nice to have It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:
- Cloud experience (especially Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Docker / containerization, basic knowledge of microservices, messaging, or distributed systems.
- Experience with authentication/authorization concepts (OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, role-based access).
- Automated UI testing (Cypress/Playwright) and stronger testing practices overall.
- A master's degree or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Engineering, Physics or any related field.
