QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver + C#/.NET, xUnit, and modern web application testing. You will work with distributed teams, participate in CI/CD flows, drive defect management, and ensure high-quality product delivery across multiple environments., * Design comprehensive test plans and perform both manual and automated testing activities.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, and related frameworks.
• Coordinate team efforts to resolve issues assigned to the QA team.
• Monitor product quality and ensure timely detection, logging, and resolution of defects.
• Participate in product testing throughout CI/CD pipelines.
• Organize and oversee the defect management process within teams.
• Advocate for integrating testing activities at all stages of the SDLC - design, development, deployment, and improvement.
• Conduct functional testing across the entire product lifecycle, including production environments.
• Collaborate closely with developers to clarify test results, identify regression areas, and ensure shared understanding of quality criteria.

This role requires a solid understanding of test automation principles, Agile processes, and the ability to work independently with globally distributed development teams., * 5+ years of experience in QA, including solid background in test automation.

• Strong practical experience with Selenium WebDriver, C#/.NET, and xUnit.
• Experience in testing web applications built on .NET Core, Microservices, AngularJS.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of testing into automated delivery.
• Clear understanding of different testing levels: unit, integration, UI - and what to test where.
• Hands-on experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing using automation tools.
• Ability to create and execute both automation and manual test cases and scripts.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• English: B1+ (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling or similar).
• Knowledge of or experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
