Job description
We are searching for the best talent to join our worldwide team to manage and process operational and business data, to manage the architecture and maintenance of the Financial DataMart engine, to manage and lead the developments of the Data Transformation Office team, take requirements for the different projects of the department, task automation, transformation and digitalisation of processes and elaboration of dashboards and reports. Main responsibilities
- Financial DataMart Management.
- Elaboration of complex scripts to support the business.
- Batch process management in Unix and Crontab.
- Log management.
- Reporting Management.
- Technical and functional documentation generation.
- Promote cultural change towards a more innovative and dynamic financial area.
- Creation of Scorecards.
- Process automation.
Requirements

Academic background: Degree or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. You have 4 years of proven working experience in related tasks. Expertise in the creation of analytical DataMart and its management and maintenance. Knowledge in Oracle database management and performance improvements in database generation. High knowledge of technical tools for database processing and information management: SAS, Spark, Python, Tableau. You are a team player but you also have the capability of working autonomously. You have a transformation mindset, looking for excellence but at the same time pragmatic, empathetic and able to apply coaching strategies. You are a problem-solver and decision-making person who demonstrates advanced analytical skills and aligns and/or validates your decisions with the concerned stakeholders. You are able to mobilise other teams and knock all the needed doors to unblock situations or achieve team goals. Skills
