Senior Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Analyze existing queries and dashboards in various data platforms to understand current data structures and reporting logic. Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries and ETL processes to transition from legacy systems to Snowflake. Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure new Snowflake-based data sources and dashboard metrics match existing data sources and dashboards. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports connected to Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams

including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver data solutions to meet organizational needs. Requirements: 6+ years of proven expertise as a Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer with previous experience with data migration projects, particularly transitioning from legacy systems to Snowflake. Advanced skills in Tableau for dashboard development and report creation. Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools and methodologies. Experience with performance tuning and optimization in both Snowflake and Tableau environments. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
