Data Scientist (Madrid, Spain)

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our clients innovative team. In this role, you will design and implement advanced machine learning models, analyze complex datasets, and provide actionable insights to drive impactful decisions. You will play a key role in digital transformation projects across diverse industries, including automotive and services. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy machine learning models or AI agents using Python to solve complex business challenges and enhance product performance.
• Gather, clean and prepare large datasets from various sources, ensuring they meet quality and readiness standards.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and create proof-of-concepts (PoCs), transforming them into scalable, data-driven solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and machine learning development tools (e.g., Jupyter Notebook).
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLM, RAG, parameter tuning.
• Familiarity with AI agent development using OpenAIs Agent SDK or similar frameworks, as well as low-code platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio for building and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate results to the business, supported by proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Plotly, Matplotlib) to enhance the presentation and understanding of insights.
• Proficiency in using data science platforms such as Dataiku is a strong plus.
• Nice to have: Power Apps / Power Automate knowledge
