As a Data Center Facility Manager, you'll be the guardian of our critical technology environments, ensuring seamless operations and driving technological resilience across our availability zones. Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive engineering operations and maintenance across our data center availability zones
  • Manage infrastructure build-out, project timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Oversee critical mechanical and electrical service availability
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize facility performance and safety

Requirements

  • Experience in people management and team development
  • Experience in engineering work, managing large-scale services
  • Experience operating a mission-critical team or product
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including feeders, transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, air handling units, and CRAC units

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working in data centers with an emphasis on building and equipment operation
