Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality Salesforce implementations while contributing to development standards and best practices within a collaborative environment., * Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions

• Build scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Deliver integrations with internal and external systems (with and without middleware)
• Contribute actively to the customer's Salesforce development community and best practices
• Ensure solution quality, performance, and adherence to Salesforce development standards

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning (LWC), and Flows
• Solid expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
• Experience working with CloudSense
• Hands-on integration experience with a strong understanding of Force.com APIs
• Practical experience using AI within Salesforce (e.g., Vibes)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Telco environments
• Familiarity with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA)
• Experience designing and developing Open APIs
• Exposure to Salesforce AI / Machine Learning capabilities
• Experience with Data360
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments (Scrum Master exposure is a plus)
