It Systems Engineer

About the job As an IT Systems Engineer, you'll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects. What are you going to do as an IT Systems Engineer? Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) Configure and monitor our resources Support IT projects, including migrations and upgrades Maintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standards What do you bring as an IT Systems Engineer? 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environments Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365 and Azure Ability to automate repetitive IT tasks

Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) Familiarity with enterprise virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup and security solutions.
