Senior Full Stack Developer with Python

Project Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of a critical data pipeline and enhance our internal web application's statistical analysis capabilities. This project is central to improving data flow and enabling more sophisticated insights within our internal systems. Essential functions 1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of the data pipeline API. 2. Develop and integrate the regression analysis tool into the web application. 3. Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define requirements and design solutions. 4. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. 5. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments. 6. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices. Qualifications * Extensive experience with Vue.js with TypeScript for front-end development. * Strong proficiency in Python backend development, with significant experience using Flask and/or Django. * Solid understanding of System Design principles and extensive production experience designing and building scalable and reliable systems. * Proven mentoring skills and the ability to guide and support other engineers. * Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including services relevant to data pipelines and application deployment (e.g., App Engine, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, etc.). Would be a plus * Experience with data modeling and database design. * Familiarity with statistical concepts and methodologies. * Experience working with large datasets. * Contributions to open-source projects.
