SAP Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain manager to join our SAP CoE who understands retail market and processes and will work in a challenging, purposeful and dynamic SAP transformation program with teams use their functional knowledge and experience, coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g., SAP, S/4 HANA, Ariba, IBP, EWM, TM etc.) to lead and deliver exciting transformation program. You will be responsible for the full solution lifecycle-from architecture and data modeling to delivery and support-while managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional SAP teams. * Lead, coach, and mentor one or more cross-functional SAP Supply change consultants or teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

• Manage the end-to-end implementation and support of the enterprise SAP CoE, ensuring robust integration with other systems.
• Drive the design and implementation of scalable logistics models, business rules, and data quality standards in collaboration with architects, business teams, and governance teams.
• Champion engineering SAP best practices across the team, including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers and the different SAP teams to align engineering execution with business goals and roadmap priorities.
• Project managing SAP delivery, including timelines, team briefings, team supervision, delivery of your functional area, and reviews including Directors and C level.
• Define and track KPIs for team performance and SAP platform health, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
• Maintain awareness of emerging SAP functionalities and trends, and evaluate their applicability within the SAP CoE and specifically on Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Present insights, risks, and progress updates to executive leadership as needed.
• Actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and professional development of SAP engineering talent.

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, * 8+ years of experience in SAP in Supply Chain roles, including 5+ years in SAP engineering leadership.

• Proven track record in delivering and managing SAP Supply chain solutions in enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SD/MM, STO Processes, procurement...).

• SAP S/4 HANA experience. Knowledge about SAP Private/Public cloud solutions is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

• Fluent English.
