Job description
Are you a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and business? Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is looking for an innovative Software Developer (referred to internally as Systems Developer) to design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and other business systems.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the development lifecycle-from scoping and design to coding, testing, and release management. You'll act as a product expert, supporting teams with technology adoption and enhancing existing systems. A key part of your role will be translating business requirements into smart, scalable solutions while engaging with stakeholders to drive efficiencies. You'll also collaborate with third-party vendors, ensuring external developments align with our business needs.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Experience developing solutions in Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and business-critical systems
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript and SQL, as well as expertise in API integrations
- The ability to engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into effective solutions
- A proactive mindset with experience in Agile development and project management
This position is offered on a hybrid basis, with the expectation that the successful applicant will attend our Wythenshawe office in-person at least twice weekly.
