Customer Security Engineer, Pentesting

As our first Customer Security Engineer, you will own the end-to-end delivery of white-glove pentesting services by guiding customers before, during, and after tests and turning findings into clear, actionable next steps.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers end-to-end through their pentests (before, during, and after), helping them get maximum value from the product and ensuring smooth, high-quality engagements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, answering deep technical questions around test setups, scope, results and validating potential false positives.
• Translate findings into action, advising customers on how to prioritize and effectively remediate discovered vulnerabilities in a way that fits their architecture and development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with the AI pentesting team, feeding real-world customer insights back into the product to improve accuracy, usability, and impact.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Comfortable working directly with customers

• Strong application or infrastructure security skills
• Clear communicator, technical but human
• OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus
