Join a team of Business Applications professionals focused on implementing and helping to operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients in various industries such as Retail & Consumer goods, Public Sector, Financial Services and Professional Services.

As a team we are focused on solutions supporting workloads in Finance, Project management and accounting, Project Operations, Supply chain management, and CRM. We think global and act local, delivering solutions of quality to our clients in Belgium and across Europe.

You will be part of a fun and dedicated team made up of enthusiastic, motivated, and supportive colleagues. The team is cross-skilled, including functional profiles, delivery leads and presales consultants in addition to our technical colleagues.

What you'll do

As a Dynamics 365 Professional Services Solution Architect you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing ERP and CRM solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Agentic AI & Copilot, and the Power Platform.

Your industry focus is specific to professional services companies (architecture - engineering - construction, finance, legal, technology, consulting).

You will be responsible for:

Owning the Solution Architecture; from developing the initial solution design and implementation plans based on client requirements and business needs, to assuring quality during delivery and contributing to strategic and project operational decision-making through your participation in change boards and steering committees. Contributing to the Technical Architecture; working closely with the Technical Architect(s) and other stakeholders, consulting on providing technical guidance to clients and project teams in ensuring best practices for architectural design and governance are followed.

Leading the requirements gathering; working closely with the Functional Architect(s) (or taking on that role), client stakeholders and the project team to define the project implementation scope (business requirements) and support with gathering technical (application) requirements. As early as the start of an opportunity, in a presales role capacity; engaging with prospective and current clients during solution demos and evaluations.

Contributing to successful delivery: helping to ensure that the ERP & CRM solutions implemented are robust, scalable, and aligned with the strategic/business objectives of the organization.

Assisting sales opportunity tracks in a solution architect role capacity; designing and planning for the delivery of solutions, being accountable for the solution fit, cost, staffing, quality, and balance with the deal commercials.

• Staying updated on Microsoft's latest innovations (ensuring you are/will become Microsoft certified, applicable to your role) and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives (through our Avanade local & global initiative, such as our Communities of Practice).Becoming Avanade SISA (systems integration solution architect) certified.

Do you have experience in Solution architecture?, * Have at least 10 years of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 ERP or CRM consultant (or its previous version AX), of which at least 3 years as a Solution Architect (or equivalent).

• Have a deep understanding of the professional services industries, in particular the aspects of project management & accounting and both non-stocked as well as stocked based operations. Have contributed to the delivery of business applications for clients in these industries.
• Have strong skills in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business and strategic needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality.
• Bring flexibility as needed to adapt to changing requirements, client needs, industry and technology trends.Have experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You are not afraid to coach your colleagues on a daily basis.

Be fluent in English and either Dutch or French. It is a plus if you:

• Have a professional services background in a business environment (not only consulting).Are Microsoft certified on D365., * Passion for ERP/CRM and its Microsoft ecosystem.
