Integrations Software Engineer

At Qargo, integrations are at the heart of how our platform delivers value to customers. Transport companies rely on Qargo to connect seamlessly with their existing tools - from ERP and accounting systems to telematics, warehouse software, and partner platforms. As an Integrations Software Engineer, you will play a key role in making those connections reliable, scalable, and easy to use.

You will work on designing, building, and evolving our integration platform, focusing on robust APIs, data flows, and automation. Your work directly impacts how fast customers can onboard, how efficiently they operate, and how flexible Qargo is as their business grows.

You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, and external partners to understand real-world integration challenges and translate them into solid technical solutions. This role offers a strong mix of hands-on engineering, problem-solving, and ownership, with plenty of room to influence both the technical architecture and the future direction of our integrations ecosystem., * Develop, implement and maintain integrations between Qargo TMS and external systems (ERP, telematics, warehouse management, … etc.). You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

• Extend our integration platform, directly impacting our ability to achieve faster system coupling, empower end-users with greater flexibility, and maintain a high level reliability.
• Collaborate with clients, partners externally and product and customer success teams internally to understand the integration needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of integrations through best practices in API development and data exchange.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting integration performance, optimizing for efficiency and reliability.
• Automating and streamlining processes to enhance logistics operations.
• Working closely with the engineering team to align integrations with overall platform architecture.

Do you have experience in XML?, * At least 2+ years of experience in software engineering or systems integration, ideally in a SaaS environment.

• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, GraphQL), web services, and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
• You'll be working in a modern tech stack encompassing Python, Django, GraphQL, K8s, React, React Native, Google Cloud, and more.
• A passion for automation, system interoperability, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to take ownership of integration projects.
