Senior Consultant ICT Security 100%

For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent individual for the position of Senior Consultant ICT Security at senior level (from 5 years) starting from 01.07.2026 Brief description: Together with the software supplier, review ICT architectures/security solutions, assess their feasibility, implementability, and the requirements of the service recipient as well as possible further risks, develop and coordinate alternative ICT security solutions if necessary

Main tasks:

• Assess, review, and if necessary develop security concepts for ICT applications and ICT infrastructure
• Conduct protection needs analyses and develop ISDS concepts
• Create BCM concepts and BIA
• Assess, review, and if necessary develop specifications, requirements documents, and checklists regarding ICT security
• Ensure compliance in the implementation of security measures
• Create test concepts regarding ICT security, analyze identified security gaps
• Support and assist the project in transferring systems into productive operation

• University degree in (Business) Informatics or related fields.
• Over five years of experience in ICT security.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities., * University degree/FH degree in (business) informatics or training as an IT specialist EFZ and corresponding further training
• Further training in ICT security, certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) is an advantage
• Further training in ICT architecture (e.g., TOGAF certification) is an advantage

Knowledge and professional experience:

• More than five years of professional experience in the field
• Experience in developing, introducing, and enforcing security policies
• Experience with the creation and execution of audits and ISDS concepts in the security area
• Experience in assessing complex ICT architectures (applications, data, interfaces) or complex ICT projects regarding ICT security
• Experience in collaboration with public administration (police organizations and other blue light organizations/intelligence service preferred)

Additional requirements:

• Very good German skills (at least level C1) and good English skills, spoken and written
• Impeccable reputation, acceptance of a personal security check and signing of the confidentiality agreement
• Ability to advise and solve problems in demanding and complex issues
