Tasks
- Oversee costs, timelines, and quality of IT infrastructure projects.
- Identify risks and propose corrective actions for project success.
- Ensure communication plans and stakeholder validations are in place., Interviews (on average, the number of interviews is 3 - but it may vary depending on the seniority level required for the position). We look forward to meeting you!, We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager & Portfolio Manager - F/M/X to join our team in Geneva and lead the management and optimization of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring resource coordination and project portfolio performance., * Monitor project costs, deadlines, and quality
- Identify and track risks, propose corrective actions
- Manage according to the objectives of validated mandates
- Apply the Hermès methodology and ensure PEPSIC quality monitoring
- Take client needs into account
- Validate decisions with stakeholders
- Apply the quality assurance plan
- Implement risk management compliant with internal requirements
- Organize validations at each phase
- Define necessary human resources
- Implement communication and support plans
- Control the execution of the training plan
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience required.
- Strong communication and management skills needed.
- Knowledge of methodologies like Hermès and agile practices preferred., * Proven experience of at least 5 years in IT project management, including managing infrastructure projects (network, virtualization, storage, security, etc.) and managing multidisciplinary resources
- Mastery of methodological frameworks (Hermès, PMI, IPMA, etc.), certification appreciated, as well as knowledge of IAM and IT security issues
- Skills in management and communication (including remote), ability to interact with experts, stakeholders, and management
- Agile experience (DevOps, containerization), CLOUD, IAM and security appreciated; oral presentations in governmental contexts and experience in institutional environments would be a plus
- Native French speaker, fluent English
