Data Scientist / AI Specialist Innovation Fellow

• Designing and developing AI solutions tailored to different athletes' individual needs (e.g. based on type of sport, career stage or support requirements)
• Designing scalable teaching and learning formats that are mobile, flexible and can be used at any time, meeting the high demands for timely and adaptive knowledge transfer
• Driving innovation-led further development of the entire range of services, while taking account of and ensuring data protection and security standards
• Ensuring quality and optimising defined solutions in collaboration with SFISM experts, As an Innovation Fellow, you will spend a year driving forward a key challenge facing the Federal Administration and independently developing new approaches for more efficient services. You will work on issues with a direct impact, use your tact and sensitivity in dealing with stakeholders, and at the same time benefit from interesting conditions, valuable contacts and real opportunities to shape the future. Do you have experience in Research?, Do you have a Doctoral degree?, * A university degree in computer science, data science, sports science, education science or related fields, ideally supplemented by a doctorate

• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in integrating software solutions and AI technology and applying them in digital learning environments (e.g. LMS systems)
• Experience in modular AI architecture design and targeted use of suitable AI methods (e.g. ML, GenAI/RAG)
• A professional approach to collaborating with experts from research and practice
• Very good knowledge of at least one official language
