Job description
- Design and build backend services and APIs that empower our internal campaign management platform.
- Work closely with product and data teams to understand campaign workflows and pain points.
- Build scalable integrations with third-party platforms such as Xandr and Equativ.
- Model and manage business-critical data (campaigns, bookings, creatives, user access, audits, metrics…).
- Propose technical solutions that are pragmatic, extensible, and sustainable over time.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making within the team.
- Champion engineering best practices and mentor other team members.
Requirements
- You have a deep understanding of back-end development with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience building scalable, high-performance systems.
- You care about producing maintainable code and have experience applying programming patterns within a microservice architecture.
- You are a big-picture thinker who can align technical work with business goals.
- You are a problem solver who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges.
- You are a continuous learner who stays current with technology trends.
- You are a strong communicator and can work effectively in a team with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
