SAP Solution Engineer for Symphony

We are looking for a Solution Design & Rollout Specialist to support the design and implementation of IT solutions within our SAP ERP landscape. You will work closely with Business Process Engineers, factory teams, and IT stakeholders, playing a key role in the global Symphony rollout and other Group IT initiatives.

This role combines solution design, technical coordination, and hands-on contribution across implementation, testing, and rollout phases., * Contribute to the design of IT solutions aligned with corporate IT strategy, architecture standards, and methodologies.

• Support and actively contribute to the Symphony rollout execution.
• Evaluate technologies, tools, and solutions, with a strong focus on SAP ERP environments.
• Propose solution recommendations based on risk, impact, and pro/contra analysis.
• Act as a technical interface between Business and IT, collaborating closely with Business Process Engineers, Enterprise Architects, and Infrastructure Experts.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (TSD, customizing documents).
• Perform system customizing and coordinate development activities with external ABAP developers.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
• Support testing activities, including Functional Unit Testing and Integration Test Cycles, and follow up on defect resolution.
• Coordinate with external technical providers and ensure smooth delivery.
• Act as the main contact for SAP topics (SAP Notes, incidents, support).
• Support license management for interface applications and ensure license compliance.
• Apply project management best practices and contribute to a collaborative working environment.
• Monitor technology trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Do you have experience in Unit testing?, * Experience in solution design and implementation within SAP ERP environments.

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong documentation skills.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to contribute across the full project lifecycle.
