IT Finance- and Performance Manager

In this position, you will act as a subject matter expert in Technology Business Management and IT Financial Management to drive transparency, efficiency, and value in IT Finance.

Your primary focus will be on designing and maintaining TBM-aligned dashboards, delivering actionable reports, and translating complex data into clear insights that support IT cost optimization, performance measurement, and fact-based decision-making with senior IT and Finance stakeholders.

You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Group functions, acting as a trusted partner to ensure alignment between data, insights, and strategic priorities, while ensuring data quality, consistency, and relevance-without direct team leadership responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key contact for (senior) IT and Finance stakeholders on IT finance, performance, and transparency topics as well as proactively engage stakeholders to understand information needs and tailor analyses and reporting accordingly.
• Support (senior) stakeholders with interpretation of results, implications, and decision options.

Dashboarding & Reporting

• Design, maintain, and continuously enhance high-quality dashboards and performance reports (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) covering IT financials, risk, compliance, and demand for IT leadership and governance bodies.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and executive-ready reporting outputs and presentations (e.g. performance reviews, financial updates), ensuring consistency, usability, and decision relevance.

Financial Analysis & Support

• Support budgeting and forecasting activities across IT cost centers, projects, and services, including monitoring actuals vs. budget and conducting variance analyses.
• Analyze and consolidate IT financial data using SAP ERP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to identify spending patterns, support cost optimization, and enable strategic planning.

Performance & Risk Insights

• Track, consolidate, and report enterprise-level KPIs across IT operations, compliance, and risk, aligned with strategic targets and performance frameworks.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, insights, and scorecards (including maturity assessments) to support decision-making for senior stakeholders such as the CIO and CFO.

Transformation & Governance Support

• Provide data-driven analyses and insights for portfolio reviews, governance forums, and transformation tracking to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, service owners, Finance, and the IT Portfolio & Transformation Management team to align metrics and reporting with IT strategy and business priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Finance and Controlling teams at Fresenius Kabi to ensure consistency in financial data and methodologies and help harmonizing performance reporting across business units and IT domains.
• Coordinate with Group IT and Data & Analytics teams to align performance metrics, cost models, reporting standards, and ensure seamless integration and accuracy of data models.

Do you have experience in Usability?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Min. 5 years of experience in financial analysis, IT reporting, or business intelligence, with a strong focus on TBM practices.
• Solid working knowledge of Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP ERP, and Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with IT financial models, total cost of ownership (TCO), and performance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, TBM)
• Clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder interaction skills, and strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong interest in IT governance, performance measurement, and digital transformation.
