Artificial Intelligence Engineer

The role is ideal for an AI Engineer who enjoys working on demanding, fast-paced initiatives, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and taking ownership of end-to-end AI systems. You'll be part of a highly talented team helping shape both the technical direction and the working culture from an early stage.

• Strong theoretical foundations in machine learning combined with hands-on experience building production-grade ML systems

• Proven experience deploying and operating LLMs in production, including: Prompt engineering, Agentic workflows, Evaluation harnesses, Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Understanding of LLM inference stack fundamentals, such as: KV caching, Speculative decoding, Parallel decoding, Test-time compute strategies, Excellent software engineering and system design skills.

• Strong recent programming experience in Python, plus ideally one of C++, Java, or .NET

• Experience working with SQL databases

• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate business problems into effective AI solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline (strong academic background preferred)

• Financial Services experience is a bonus, but not essential

• Salary up to €140,000 depending on experience
