Senior Software Engineer

Join a new team on an exciting journey to modernize our core monolith product platform by decoupling the frontend and connecting it to our APIs. You'll collaborate closely with the Product Manager and your team to deliver high-quality, incident-free incremental solutions. While this role focuses on frontend development, we also welcome backend engineers with strong frontend experience.

• Take ownership of migrating existing components and features, rewriting them into clean, efficient, maintainable and testable React components using TypeScript.
• Work closely with Product manager and UI/UX designer who will support the team with requirements for building functional, responsive, and visually polished user interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, helping to establish and enforce frontend best practices, coding standards, and style guides for the new React codebase.
• Lead feature delivery from clarifying requirements to, design, planning, implementation, testing, and deployment.

• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
• Demonstrable experience with Java (or similar JVM languages) for building resilient backend systems (highly preferred).
• Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient application architecture, particularly in decoupling projects.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles and working with publicly exposed API platforms.
• Strong testing knowledge (Jest, Playwright, Selenium,or similar) including experience in designing and maintaining testing frameworks, and solid practical experience with relational databases (MySQL).
• Bonus point: An experience with React/Angular/Vue or willingness to learn React and Typescript.
