Job description

1st and 2nd line cloud support for the Atlas platform Troubleshooting incidents (networking, IAM, CI/CD, S3, infrastructure)

Performing LCM tasks (patching, updates, lifecycle management)

Improving and expanding documentation (templates, versioning, self-service)

Maintaining IaC (modules, state, reviews)

Managing monitoring, alerting, logging, and backups

Providing support for VPN issues, TGW routing, S3 policies, RDS operations

Requirements

Do you have experience in VPN?, Minimum 3 years of AWS experience (Medior+)

Good knowledge of:

Networking (VPC, subnets, route tables, NAT/IGW)

Databases (RDS operations, backups, restores, parameter groups, also DynamoDB and MongoDB)

Landing zones

IAM (policies, roles, permission boundaries)

S3 (policies, lifecycle, versioning, security)

Experience with:

Terraform/Cloudformation

CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab)

GitOps (branching, PR reviews, drift detection)

Basic programming skills (Python/Bash)

AWS Associate certification (required)

Tooling & technical skills

Terraform, CloudFormation

CloudWatch monitoring & alerts

Logging, backups, patching

VPN tooling (client install, profiles, L1 support)

Soft skills

Strong in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

Proactive in improving reliability and documentation

Good communication skills with engineers and support

Ownership of quality and stability
