Job description

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to lead and evolve our business intelligence capability across The Beauty Tech Group.

Sitting within our Digital function, this role plays a pivotal role in shaping commercial decision making, partnering with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, Finance and Operations to turn complex data into actionable insight that drives growth across our brands.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the end to end Business Intelligence and analytics function, spanning data modelling, pipelines, reporting and insight.

  • Lead Power Business Intelligence across the business, building scalable models, high performance dashboards, and cost efficient data architecture.

  • Own and evolve the Snowflake data warehouse, with responsibility for schema design, governance, performance, and cost optimisation

  • Design and manage reliable data pipelines (e.g. dbt, Fivetran or similar) to deliver timely, auditable data.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate commercial questions into actionable insight across Revenue, Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations.

  • Drive the evolution of BI from descriptive reporting to forecasting, scenario modelling and growth insight.

  • Define and govern core metrics, KPIs and single sources of truth, ensuring high data quality, consistency and trust

Requirements

  • Strong BI and analytics expertise, including Power BI and semantic data modelling
  • Advanced SQL with hands on experience using modern data warehouses (Snowflake)
  • Proven experience building and maintaining scalable ETL/data pipelines (dbt, Fivetran or similar)
  • Commercially minded analyst, able to translate business questions into actionable insight
  • Experience defining metrics KPIs, and single sources of truth, underpinned by strong data governance Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making through data
