Act as the first point of contact for customer technical support: handle incoming telephone and email enquiries about our products, portal access, and features Perform functional and feature testing on new and existing products Test electronic assemblies and components using in-house test equipment and tools Build, test, and quality-check complete production units Carry out fault diagnosis and repairs on returned or in-house products Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of features on our customer support portal Maintain accurate test records, prepare straightforward reports, and log support interactions Support the team with general quality assurance and product validation tasks, Comprehensive on-the-job training in our testing and manufacturing processes Opportunity to work on cutting-edge security products in a growing market Friendly, supportive office environment Scope to develop skills in both technical testing and customer-facing support Chance to contribute ideas to product and portal improvements
Requirements
No extensive industry experience is required -- full training will be provided on our specific testing processes, PCB manufacturing/assembly, and portal systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a genuine interest in electronics, technology, and customer support to start or develop their career in a dynamic security technology company., Confident and clear telephone manner with excellent customer service skills Strong written and spoken English Good PC literacy (Microsoft Office, general applications; ability to learn in-house software quickly) Logical, methodical approach with strong attention to detail High level of accuracy when maintaining records and following procedures Genuine enthusiasm for technology, electronics, and digital trends Ability to work effectively in a small, friendly team, Previous experience in electronics testing, fault-finding, or basic repair (e.g., soldering, using multimeters/oscilloscopes etc) Knowledge of databases, querying data, or basic SQL Familiarity with web portals, user support systems, or software testing Any background in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields (degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship, or self-taught), If you are a proactive individual with a passion for electronics and helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
