Software Engineer

• Help desk automation: Orchestrates repair requests, task allocation, subcontractor coordination, reporting. Cutting processing time by 20x.
• AI-guided diagnostics: Step-by-step guidance through our app with tools, diagnostic steps, repair instructions. 25% faster repairs, 15% better first-time fix rates., We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the systems that power AI-driven facilities management. You'll work across our stack - from APIs to data pipelines to cloud infrastructure - shipping features that impact real operations at scale.

• 2+ years as a software engineer at a startup or tech company
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Experience with Python (FastAPI or Django) and SQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and version control
• Interest in AI/ML technologies is a plus
• TypeScript, React experience is a plus
