Main tasks: Own and coordinate infrastructure-related topics for SAP RISE-managed as well as internally hosted SAP landscapes Serve as the central technical point of contact for network and cloud connectivity, including SAP satellite systems Manage firewall configurations, certificate administration, and DNS setup within SAP environments Lead cross-functional infrastructure initiatives such as system migrations, integrations, upgrades, and cloud transitions Oversee incident handling, system monitoring, and ensure availability, security, and performance across all SAP infrastructure layers Collaborate closely with SAP Basis teams to design, implement, and operate robust infrastructure solutions Work in close alignment with Network, Cloud

Security, Identity, and Workplace teams to ensure end-to-end solution consistency Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve operational efficiency and stability Your qualifications: Strong hands-on background in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or technical project leadership In-depth understanding of SAP system operations, including SAP RISE environments and SAP Basis-related topics Solid experience managing both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure environments (e.g., Azure or comparable hyperscalers) Proficiency in scripting and infrastructure automation (e.g., PowerShell, shell scripting, or similar technologies) Experience working with IT service management frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Familiarity with operating infrastructure in regulated or security-sensitive environments Structured, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple technical and business stakeholders Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken Valid Swiss PSP certification or willingness to obtain one The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
