Job description

A leading international financial services company is looking for a WINTEL Administrator L3, who will be responsible for managing and maintaining large-scale Windows infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for critical business services. What will you do in this role?

  • Administer and support large Windows server environments, including virtual and physical servers, ensuring optimal performance and high availability.
  • Manage Windows Server 2016, 2019 and later versions, providing advanced (L3) troubleshooting and support.
  • Perform infrastructure management through scripting and automation, mainly using PowerShell.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory services (GPOs, DNS, Kerberos).
  • Ensure proper security patching and compliance across the infrastructure.
  • Participate in incident remediation, problem management, and new infrastructure projects.
  • Work following ITIL methodologies, contributing to continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with global teams to support a highly demanding and critical IT environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in similar WINTEL / Windows infrastructure roles.
  • Proven experience managing large environments (+1000 servers).
  • Strong knowledge of physical servers (Dell, IBM, HP).
  • Advanced experience with PowerShell scripting.
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory administration.
  • Experience with security patching and infrastructure hardening.
  • Advanced English level (B2/C), spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
