About our team Our Data Science team is at the core of our innovation. Who you are * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or similar. * 3+ years of industry experience applying machine learning techniques. * Strong technical skills in Python and core ML libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras or PyTorch, matplotlib, seaborn, FastAPI). * Proven experience in end-to-end data science project execution - from ideation and planning to implementation, evaluation, and delivery. * Strong theoretical and practical understanding of Machine Learning and statistics. * Hands-on, resourceful, self-motivated, and creative attitude. Nice to have * Experience with Airflow DAGs, Apache Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. * Familiarity with managing and processing large datasets. * Hands-on experience with Deep Learning, deploying RAGs and agentic workflows in production. * Understanding of production best practices: code reviews, testing, documentation, and long-term maintenance. * Master's Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
