As an (Senior) Consultant in Infrastructure & Operations, you will work with client IT leadership to design and implement next-generation infrastructure strategies that enable agility, resilience, and innovation. You will help organizations modernize their IT foundations to support digital transformation and prepare for the operational impact of emerging technologies such as AI and GenAI. Working closely with BCG and BCG Platinion teams, you will assess existing infrastructure landscapes and support clients in reimagining their architectures for a hybrid and multicloud world - integrating on-premise systems, public and sovereign cloud environments in a coherent, secure, and scalable way. You will help design target infrastructure architectures that balance technological flexibility, compliance, and performance. You will accompany clients in the transition to cloud-native operating models, enabling product teams to gain greater autonomy, scalability, and speed of delivery through modern infrastructure patterns, automation, and platform engineering practices. You will also help evolve IT operating models and processes to leverage AI-driven capabilities across infrastructure and operations. You will contribute to BCG Platinion's Infrastructure & Operations agenda by:
- Designing innovative infrastructure strategies for hybrid and multicloud ecosystems, including sovereign cloud integration.
- Supporting clients in implementing modern, cloud-native models that empower product-oriented teams.
- Contributing to business development through proposals, thought leadership, and client engagement.
- Participating in internal initiatives to strengthen BCG Platinion's I@O practice and develop our expertise in AI-enabled operations and infrastructure modernization.
You will also benefit from structured technical and consulting development programs, helping you grow your expertise in infrastructure architecture, cloud transformation, and IT operating model evolution, while expanding your impact as a trusted advisor for CIOs and technology leaders.
