Requirements
On-prem & Azure infrastructure (servers, VMs, identity, storage).
Azure services: Web Apps, VNets, Private Endpoints, App Gateway/WAF, Azure Firewall.
Networking: switches, routers, VPNs, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP.
Windows servers, Azure builds, automation & IaC.
Monitoring & security with Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Azure Monitor, CrowdStrike, Meraki.
Escalation support and root-cause analysis.
Experienced in 3rd line support
