Act as a senior escalation point for 3rd line technical issues
Design, support, and optimise Azure cloud services
Maintain and support on-prem infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking
Manage and support VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)
Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects

Strong experience in a 3rd Line/Senior Infrastructure Engineer role
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
O n-Prem infrastructure knowledge (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
Strong VMware experience
Experience with automation tools and Scripting (PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Terraform, or similar)
Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions
